Nathan Neill, ESQ. - Partner - Preparatory Education - Graduate Cum Laude SUNY at
Binghamton (Harpur College) - B.A. 1971; Legal Education -
SUNY at Buffalo - J.D. 1974. Nathan practiced in the
general practice area from 1975 until 1980 with the firm of
Bennett, DiFilippo, Davison, Henfling and Alessi, and worked
at the Alden Office with Richard D. Alessi practicing primarily in
municipal finance. In 1985 the firm of Alessi & Neill was
formed in Alden, New York focusing on municipal
finance. Since 1980, Nathan has worked primarily in the
municipal finance and special improvement district areas.
In this area, he has worked with the Counties of Genesee,
Orleans and Chautauqua. He has also worked with numerous
villages, towns, cities, fire districts and school
districts. Nathan has been the Attorney for the Town of
Newstead since 1991.
He and his family live in
Newstead. Nathan is a member of the Akron Lion’s Club,
member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York
State Bar Association and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Jennifer L. Strong,
ESQ. - Partner - Preparatory Education graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY
Buffalo with Bachelors degrees in Legal Studies and
in Political Science - 1994. Graduated from the University of
Buffalo School of Law in 1997. She is a member of Phi Beta
Kappa, the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State
Bar Association, and the Prosecutor’s Association of Western
New York. Jennifer previously practiced environmental
law with Allan & Lippes, then practiced in the general practice
and municipal areas with the firm of Alessi & Neill, before
partnering with Nathan in 2003 to form Neill & Strong, PLLC.
Jennifer
practices in the areas of municipal law; real estate (buying and selling land, homes, commercial properties); estate planning and elder law (wills, power of attorneys, and health care documents); corporate matters; traffic violations; and landlord/tenant matters. Jennifer is presently Town Attorney
for the Town of Alden, Town Prosecutor for the Town of Marilla
and Deputy Prosecutor for the Town of Newstead and the Village
of Akron.
Jennifer and
her husband are life long residents of Alden. She is on the
Board of Directors of the Alden Chamber of Commerce, and
sits on the Alden Economic Development Committee. Email
